Neuro-Athletic-Training
Neuro-Athletic Training “Everything you have ever felt or done in your life happened because of your individual brain activity. At the most basic level, these brain patterns of activity determine who you were and, more importantly, who you will be. All human change results from a change in the brain.” All forms of diagnostics, therapy and training planning are ultimately aimed at neuro-centric activation of the brain and nervous system. The brain watches over almost all bodily functions and is therefore able to control them from above.
Everyone has their own challenges to master in their personal everyday life. From competitive athletes to top managers to housewives and mothers – they all have one thing in common: Their everyday life demands a certain level of performance from them. In order to be efficient in everyday life, we focus on the diagnosis, therapy and training planning of brain functions. The human nervous system is the most responsive system in the body. It is therefore also the fastest able to influence our performance, both positively and negatively. By “performance” we mean the quality of all work processes produced, controlled and corrected by the brain.
These include, among others: Movement skills of all kinds (such as coordination and conditional skills) Thought processes Autonomous, self-running processes such as breathing or blood pressure regulation, Digestive or regenerative processes Modern research shows that the brain, as the “central processor,” is critical to the functioning of all these abilities. A distinction is made here between conscious and unconscious processes. Although we can consciously concentrate, think and move, large parts of the brain do this work for us. The processes also run in the background without conscious effort. The unconscious processes clearly outnumber the conscious ones and are therefore relevant to behaviour and performance.
This is exactly why we at AF MEDICAL start here. With over 100 billion neurons (nerve cells), the brain is one of the most complex things in the universe. As incredibly complex as the circuitry of the brain is, we try to use the information in diagnosis, therapy and training planning on this subject. What is Neuroathletic Training: Neuro-athletic training is when performance increases or discomfort decreases as a result of an improvement in sensory impressions. Specifically, checks are made regarding which impressions require support for individual goal achievement. The clearer the brain receives signals such as hearing, seeing, feeling etc. from the environment, the clearer an interpretation and ultimately action can be taken.
Was ist Neuroathletiktraining:
